Purchased in 2006 from the Adam’s Rib assemblage of properties, which included parts of Sylvan Lake State Park, Frost Creek and Brush Creek Valley Ranch; the Haymeadow development was designed to reflect the values of the 2010 Eagle Area Community Plan. Approved in 2014, our design and vision sought to create a rich sense of place where the future of the lower Brush Creek Valley strikes a balance between its rich agricultural and homesteading history, natural surroundings and wildlife, and community values and future housing needs. Today, the 7 Hermits Condominiums stand as the initial phase of homes offered at Haymeadow and reflect the complement of architectural design with native surroundings and recreational opportunities.
